These terms apply to use of the marketing website. Payment orchestration, onboarding and related services are governed by the separate agreements applicable to those services. A website visit does not create a service agreement.
2. Website information and availability
Website descriptions help you understand Moresia’s services. They are not a binding quotation, a promise of merchant acceptance or a guarantee that a payment method, market, currency or settlement arrangement is available to your business. The applicable proposal, partner approval and agreement set out the scope and commercial terms.
We take reasonable care when preparing information, but it may need updating and the website may be temporarily unavailable. If you intend to rely on a statement when making a commercial decision, ask us to confirm it in writing.
3. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use the website for lawful purposes and view or download material to evaluate Moresia’s services. You must not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, misrepresent your identity or misuse another person’s information.

Information you send should be relevant and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not send full card details, passwords or unnecessary identity documents through a general website enquiry.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives consumers.
The allocation of liability for contracted services belongs in the applicable service agreements. Website information should not be used as a substitute for confirming the service scope, commercial terms and responsibilities in those agreements.
7. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes concerning these terms are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Where you are a consumer, any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
8. Changes and questions
Updated website terms apply to use after they are made available. They do not amend an existing service agreement unless that agreement’s own variation provisions are followed. The date above identifies the latest revision.
